Hi, I'm Yue (or Bruce), an MPhil student (and will continue as a PhD student from 2025) at
HKUST supervised by Prof. Huamin Qu and Prof.
Cameron Campbell, and previously earned my BSc in Quantitative Social Analysis and
Computer Science in the same university.
With background in both Computer Science and Social Science, I am interested in understanding complex human behavior and making a positive impact on society through AI and computing systems.
When I'm not working, I enjoy human-nature interaction (i.e., hiking) in Hong Kong. I'm also passionate about Karate, a sport that teaches me to be patient and resilient.
My research aims to drive innovation in computational social science and digital art creation, leveraging big data and AI across key stages: π Explore data management and exploration, π Analyze analysis and interpretation, and π‘ Impact translating insights and creativity into real-world impact.
